best bed ever, January 26, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Raised King Air Mattress by Fox Air Beds - Best Guest Inflatable Airbed i have slept on air beds since out of high school. some good some bad! ozark trails had a nice one but, the store from witch i had bought it from changed up the return policy. So i just could not buy a new one and take the old one back for a refund after holes stared around the outer seams. Witch didnt happen often but win it did i just perfer a new one. Well that ended that. SLEEPING on the FLOOR well Memory foam and blankets that is for a few years not because i wanted to but all leading air bed companies seem to have a 100% failur rate after a sr tin time ya i said sr tin lol. I am 32 with a great know how of many things. this bed is as comfortable as a sleep number bed having slept in one of course. it even has a remote too. i air it up every night deflate it every morning and i now the durablity of the thicker canvis along side the powerful built in motor with remote i must add again has been the most reliable no complaint added bed i have ever owned. i am most sertin that this... The customer service was a complete joke.
It took me 45 minutes of haggling with them because it was stated by a rep that their product deflates in 2 minutes.
It may inflate that quickly but it took over 10 minutes to deflate and when I was unhappy they wanted to take 20% off the product for it being an opened product. It also cost $40 dollars to ship the product back to them.
Has a horrible plastic smell that you can not get rid of and will smell up your entire room.
Very uncomfortable!
Service from the company is so poor!
Don't waste your time or you will be dissapointed!!!!!!!
